Loggro POS: plans, 2026 pricing, and how it compares to Siigo POS

Loggro POS It's the cloud-based point-of-sale system from Loggro, a Colombian company, and it's sold in three plans: POS Tienda at $54,990 per month, POS Avanzado at $96,990, and POS PLUS at $292,990. The main difference between the plans is the monthly allowance for electronic invoices.
A convenience store that handles twenty sales a day no longer fits into the entry-level plan, and the price almost doubles. Here are the prices Loggro published today, what each plan includes, and in which cases Siigo POS or World Office is the better option.
The essentials
- POS Tienda provides 350 electronic invoices per month, one user, and one cash register. If you sell more than about 11 times a day, it falls short.
- Advanced POS upgrades to 2,000 invoices and two users for $96.990 per month. This is sufficient for a store with daily activity.
- At Loggro, the annual payment does not come with a discount: the price for the year is exactly twelve times the monthly price.
- Siigo POS is only paid per year, but its Starter plan includes unlimited invoices from the POS and costs $498.015 with the new customer discount.
- Prices checked on September 12, 2026 on each supplier's official website.
What is Loggro POS and what business is it for?
Loggro POS is a 100% web-based point-of-sale software. No installation required: access it through your browser and also manage it with a mobile app. It records sales, issues the electronic invoice required by the Colombian Tax Authority (DIAN), manages inventory, and handles the cash register with all payment methods.
Behind it all is Loggro SAS, a Colombian company that claims to have over 30 years of experience developing management software and more than 15,000 client companies in the country. Its website features POS versions for supermarkets, pharmacies, hardware stores, clothing stores, pet shops, and hair salons, and it sells Loggro Restobar separately for restaurants and bars.
For many businesses, this will be their first point-of-sale software: 87.5% of Colombian micro-businesses remain at an incipient or basic level of digital maturity. If you're still unsure whether you need a POS system or if invoicing is sufficient, our guide will answer that question. point of sale software.
How much does Loggro POS cost: plans and prices 2026
Loggro publishes its rates on the SME plans page, with monthly and annual pricing. According to the same page, all plans include VAT at 0.1% TP3T.
| Plan | Per month | Per year | Electronic invoices per month | Users | Boxes | Accounting |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| POS Store | $54.990 | $659.880 | 350 | 1 | 1 | No |
| Advanced POS | $96.990 | $1.163.880 | 2.000 | 2 | 1 | Additional cost applies |
| POS PLUS | $292.990 | $3.515.880 | 200 (see note) | 5 | 5 | Comprehensive |
All three offer unlimited catalog and inventory, a mobile app, and support via email, chat, WhatsApp, and phone. The Advanced version adds customer management, batch and expiration date reports, and a sales profitability report—useful for a pharmacy or pet food store. PLUS is a completely different product: a POS system with a financial module, support for three locations, purchases, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cost centers, and remote access for your accountant.
Two things to note before getting a quote. The POS PLUS card says its invoices are unlimited if you pay for the year, but the comparison chart on the same page says that extra credit has an additional cost, so ask for it in writing. And the extras are separate: each extra user or register costs $18,990 per month, an additional establishment starts at $54,990 per month, and invoice bundles start at $92,400 for 50.
$659.880 is exactly twelve times $54.990. Paying for the year at Loggro doesn't save you money, although at POS Tienda it does come with something: the digital certificate, which is only included with the annual payment.
That certificate is what signs your electronic invoices. If you prefer to pay monthly, ask how much it costs, because Loggro charges $120.990 per year for its use on other products.
Your invoice quota determines your plan.
The calculation is based on your daily sales. Each sale you invoice electronically uses up your credit limit, and the plan that works for you is the one that covers all sales for the month. My own estimate based on 30 days of sales:
| Sales invoiced per day | Documents per month | Achievement Plan that reaches | Estimated annual cost |
|---|---|---|---|
| 10 | 300 | POS Store | $659.880 |
| 20 | 600 | Advanced POS | $1.163.880 |
| 60 | 1.800 | Advanced POS | $1.163.880 |
| 100 | 3.000 | Advanced with additional quota, or PLUS with annual payment | From $1,163,880 plus the extra quota |
The break-even point is close to 12 daily sales: 350 invoices divided by 30 days equals 11.7. Above that, POS Tienda forces you to buy bags, and a single bag of 50 invoices ($92.400) already costs more than the $42.000 per month that separates Tienda from Avanzado.
The type of electronic document you must issue for each sale is defined by the DIAN in the Electronic Invoicing System microsite. The POS is just the tool to accomplish it.
Loggro POS versus Siigo POS and World Office
Siigo charges for its POS system only per year, and, according to their pricing page, It offers a 15% discount to new customers. Starting with the Starter plan, invoices issued from the POS are unlimited. World Office, which we reviewed in our World Office accounting software guide, sells its Cloud POS by the year and without VAT.
| Plan | Price of the year | Invoices | How to pay |
|---|---|---|---|
| Loggro POS Store | $659.880 | 350 per month | Month by month or by year |
| Advanced POS Log | $1.163.880 | 2,000 per month | Month by month or by year |
| Siigo POS Essential | $345.000 | 240 per year | Per year only |
| Siigo POS Home | $498.015 with discount (list $585.900) | Unlimited from the POS | Per year only |
| Siigo POS Advanced | $764.915 with discount (list price $899.900) | Unlimited from the POS | Per year only |
| World Office Cloud POS | $680.000 | Unlimited | Per year |
Looking at the table objectively, it doesn't favor Loggro. If you're going to pay annually and have high sales volume, Siigo POS Starter costs less and has no invoice limit, while World Office Cloud POS offers three users, two branches, and offline sales for $680,000. Loggro wins when you want to pay monthly without a twelve-month contract. At the higher end, POS PLUS ($3,515,880 per year) costs less than the Siigo POS Advanced and Entrepreneur combo at list price ($3,769,800), although with Siigo's 30% discount for new customers, it comes down to $2,638,860.
If you own a restaurant or bar, the comparison changes. Loggro Restobar starts at €120,990 per month with 15 tables, QR code orders and menus, and we explain what that category requires in [link/section/etc.]. POS system for restaurants.
How to choose the right plan without overpaying
- Add up the sales invoiced for the last month. That number determines the plan before any other feature.
- Count how many people are paid at the same time: each extra user is worth $18.990 per month.
- Ask in writing what happens to the digital certificate if you pay monthly and how many invoices PLUS includes with annual payment.
- If you're going to accept card payments, choose the card reader accordingly. Our comparison of card payment terminals for businesses It saves you that search.
If accounting weighs more on you than cash flow, start with the guide to Accounting software for SMEs.
Common mistakes when hiring Loggro POS
- Choose a POS Store based on price and end up without invoices halfway through the month, right in the peak season.
- Assume that PLUS generates more invoices than Advanced. It generates 200 per month compared to 2,000, unless otherwise stated in your annual contract.
- Compare Loggro's monthly fee to Siigo's without realizing that Siigo is only billed annually and that its discount is for new customers. Ask about the renewal fee.
